The Seven Principles
Lean Software Development is built on seven core principles. Each principle addresses specific sources of waste and provides guidance for creating value.

What it means:
Waste (muda) is any activity that consumes resources but doesn’t add value for the customer. The first principle is to identify and eliminate waste ruthlessly.
